Blueberry Pancakes

This is the Blue Hill Inn recipe that my grandparents gave me. They are delicious!

Serves 2-3


1 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup yogurt or sour cream

2 eggs

4 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 cup milk

1 cup blueberries

Heat an iron skillet over medium-low heat.

Stir together the dry ingredients.

Add the yogurt and eggs and beat until blended.

Add melted butter and milk and beat until smooth.

Ladle batter onto skillet.

Generously sprinkle blueberries over pancakes.

Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface.

Flip over and cook until done.

Serve with maple syrup or powdered sugar, if desired.

Note: If you use sour cream, decrease the amount of milk.
