Roasted Carrots

The best carrots you’ve ever tasted!

Serves 4-6


2 1/2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into 3 inch pieces

(if they are extra thick, cut them in half lengthwise)

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/8 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Italian Herb Seasoning

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the mixture over the carrots and mix together until all of the carrots are coated.

Place the carrots on the prepared baking sheet, spreading out evenly.

Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning.

Bake until tender, about 20 minutes.
