Caramel Apple Crisp

Yum!

Serves 6-8

Ingredients:

5-7 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

3/4 – 1 cup Salted Caramel

1 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Place the apples in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan and pour the caramel over the top.  Set aside.

In a food processor or by hand, mix together the brown sugar, flour, oats, and salt.

Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles a coarse crumble.

Stir in the pecans.

Sprinkle the mixture over the apples.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the topping is browned and the mixture is bubbling.
